Owner / Fitness Coach / Nutrition Coach
Donica is from the San Antonio and Boerne, Texas area. She is a certified nutrition consultant and loves to help others learn how to make whole food eating part of their everyday lifestyle and wellness plan. She became involved in fitness in her early 20s through running everything from 5Ks to marathons, as well as participating in numerous cycling and triathlon events. She is certified in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and trained in first-aid, CPR, and AED.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from SMU and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.
Donica enjoys spending time with her family and dog and all outdoor activities, including hiking, snow skiing, and wake surfing.
Owner / Fitness Coach
Jim is from Boerne, Texas – a small hill country town outside of San Antonio. He has run various marathons and half marathons, as well as participated in many MS150 and equivalent bike rides. He enjoys spending time outdoors and with his sons as a Boy Scout and Cub Scout leader. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and has a certification in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
He is also trained in first-aid, CPR, and AED.
Fitness Coach / Sales Associate
Andrew is from Burton, Texas—a small town not far from College Station. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school playing football, basketball, golf, baseball, and track and field. After high school he attended Sam Houston State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Andrew is certified in personal training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and trained in first-aid, CPR, and AED.
In his off time, Andrew enjoys watching the Houston Rockets, spending time with his family, and working out.
Drew is originally from Mobile, Alabama but spent 13 years in the foothills of Tennessee before moving to Texas. He is a licensed physical therapist assistant and has spent the last 14 years helping people regain their functional strength and independence. He has run everything from 5k to marathon distance road races and has competed in multiple endurance and obstacle course races. He has also trained in several styles of martial arts and mixed martial arts. As a trainer, Drew has trained amateur and elite OCR racers and several MMA fighters. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children.
He has a certification in personal training through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and is also certified in child and adult CPR, and AED.
Annette is a former elementary reading specialist and the mother of a 23-year-old son and a 12-year-old schnoodle. After seeing the many benefits of whole food eating in her own life, she decided to attend nutrition school and become a health coach. She felt so fantastic that she wanted to help others feel the same way. Annette received her nutrition training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. She is also a graduate of the Clean Eating Academy where she trained in clean cooking and culinary techniques.
Annette enjoys running, swimming, and biking to stay fit. She also loves to cook, work in her garden, and tutor children in reading.
Melanie is a born and raised Houstonian. She has always been passionate about fitness and athletics, in any form, from a very young age. She began kickboxing 14 years ago, which led to her desire to do more. She has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, including experience teaching weight, core and hydro H.I.I.T training. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and encouraging them to believe in themselves.
Melanie also enjoys 5k mud runs, fishing, antiquing and spending time with her husband and son. She is certified in personal training through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and is also certified in adult CPR and AED.
Brent was born and raised in Katy, Texas where he found he had a passion for sports at a very young age. Baseball was the sport he enjoyed most and was a part of his life for 13 years. He played second base and started on varsity his junior and senior year of high school. Brent was introduced to weight training during the off season of his sophomore year. He loved it and has been lifting ever since.
Brent is currently working on getting a degree in kinesiology at Blinn College in Sealy. He also loves boating, hunting, and going to church every Sunday.
Cairn was born and raised in Katy, TX where she played women’s basketball at Tompkins High School. She now attends attends Texas State University in San Marcos and is studying Nutrition and plans to become a registered dietitian.
Cairn continues to enjoy working out everyday as well as playing volleyball and basketball with her friends and family.
