Owner / Fitness Coach / Nutrition Coach
Donica is from the San Antonio and Boerne, Texas area. She is a certified nutrition consultant and loves to help others learn how to make whole food eating part of their everyday lifestyle and wellness plan. She became involved in fitness in her early 20s through running everything from 5Ks to marathons, as well as participating in numerous cycling and triathlon events. She is certified in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a qualified TRX Level 1 instructor and trained in first-aid, CPR, and AED. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from SMU and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.
Donica enjoys spending time with her family and dog and all outdoor activities, including hiking, snow skiing, and wake surfing.
Owner / Fitness CoachJim is from Boerne, Texas – a small hill country town outside of San Antonio. He has run various marathons and half marathons, as well as participated in many MS150 and equivalent bike rides. He enjoys spending time outdoors and with his sons as a Boy Scout and Cub Scout leader. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and has a certification in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
He is also trained in first-aid, CPR, and AED.
Assistant Manager / Fitness Coach
Andrew is from Burton, Texas—a small town not far from College Station. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school playing football, basketball, golf, baseball, and track and field. After high school he attended Sam Houston State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Andrew is certified in personal training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a qualified TRX Level 1 instructor and trained in first-aid, CPR, and AED.
In his off time, Andrew enjoys watching the Houston Rockets, spending time with his family, and working out.
Fitness Coach / Sales Associate
Ali is from College Station, Texas. She has a certification in personal training through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. Ali has always enjoyed exercise and working out with a group. She graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Journalism and then moved to Chicago. She ran the Chicago marathon and realized how much she loved participating in fitness events.
Ali enjoys spending time with her husband and kids doing anything outside, including spending time at the hunting lease in South Texas, snow skiing and practicing sports.
Lewayna was born and raised a Texan, growing up in Kilgore, TX. She has three children, ages 21, 18, and 14. Lewayna was an active stay-at-home mom for 14 years before deciding to pursue a career as a fitness professional.
She has been certified as personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for seven years. Lewayna is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American College of Exercise, TRX Level 1 and holds a TRX Functional Training qualification. She is passionate about helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals, and feels very blessed to be a part of so many people’s journeys. In addition to always trying and learning new things in fitness, she enjoys singing, traveling the world and hiking.
Fitness CoachMelanie is a born and raised Houstonian. She has always been passionate about fitness and athletics, in any form, from a very young age. She began kickboxing 14 years ago, which led to her desire to do more. She has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, including experience teaching weight, core and hydro H.I.I.T training. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and encouraging them to believe in themselves.
Melanie also enjoys 5k mud runs, fishing, antiquing and spending time with her husband and son. She is certified in personal training through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and is also certified in adult CPR and AED.
Lisa is from Houston, Texas. Fitness has been her passion and career for over 15 years. Lisa is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, USAT level 1 Coach, Pilates Reformer Instructor, TRX Level 2 and holds a TRX Functional Training qualification. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Texas.
In her free time, Lisa trains and competes in running and cycling events and multisport events.
Julie grew up in Louisiana and earned an associate’s degree from a private court reporting college in Louisiana prior to moving to Houston over 25 years ago. Julie is married with three children ages 24, 22, & 21. She has always been very passionate about health & fitness, and loves helping people get their bodies moving and eating healthy.
Julie is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through ACE, Certified Personal Trainer through NESTA, a qualified TRX Level One instructor, trained in first-aid, CPR/AED and qualified in many other group fitness formats in addition to HIIT training. She enjoys running, and has completed many half marathons and two full marathons.
In her free time she loves spending time with family, friends and doing anything that has to do with physical fitness!
Maddie was born and raised in Katy, Texas. She is currently a Junior at Tompkins High School where she is a member of the varsity volleyball team. Maddie is also a member of the National Charity League Azalea Chapter where she enjoys helping out and volunteering in the community.
Maddie is going into her 6th season of club volleyball. In her free time, Maddie enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, traveling, and working out.
Savannah was born and raised in Katy. She is currently a junior at Tompkins High School where she is involved with Pals and Best Buddies. Savannah is also a member of the National Charity League Ladybird Chapter where she enjoys helping her community and people all around the Houston and Katy area. She has stayed active by playing volleyball for most of her junior high and high school years.
Savannah enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, working out, and going to church.
